South Padre

Just a quick note, we're visiting some friends that called us while they were vacationing on South Padre Island. I'm not a huge "beach person" but seriously, if you have never been to "Padre" you should check it out at least once before you die. Yes, as cliche' as it sounds, a tourist spot makes it on my list of "A Thousand Place to Visit Before You Die".

I was reading my Politically Incorrect Guide (PIG) to Islam and the Crusades on the way out here - it is so cool. More later.
